How old do you need to be to drive?+
Drivers must be 18 or older. Passengers can ride from age 8, sitting behind an adult driver.
What's the difference between the group and private tour?+
The group tour (€60, 60 min) runs on weekends with other riders. The private tour (€75, 90 min) is exclusively for your group, available any day, with 30 extra minutes on the trail and a dedicated guide.
Do I need a driving licence or experience?+
No licence or experience needed. The Can-Am ATVs are automatic and very stable. Our guides provide a full safety briefing before the ride.
Can I bring a passenger?+
Yes, all machines are two-seaters. For the group tour, an extra passenger on the same ATV is +€15. For the private tour, an extra passenger on the same ATV is +€25. The driver stays the same during the ride. If both people want to drive, each books as a driver at €75 per person (€150 total).
Can you pick us up from our hotel?+
Yes. We drive you from your hotel in Sofia to the base and back, about 30 minutes each way.

What should I wear?+
Clothes you don't mind getting muddy and closed shoes, ideally boots with ankle support. We provide the helmet, goggles and protective gear. In the colder months add a warm layer and gloves.
What if the weather is bad?+
Light rain is fine, and the mud makes it more fun. If it's actually unsafe, we'll move you to another day or refund you in full.
Do you ride in winter?+
Yes, we ride all year round. Winter rides can be on snow and frozen trails, so dress warm.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Cancel at least 48 hours before your ride for a full refund. If we cancel because conditions are unsafe, you get a full refund or a new date.
When do I pay?+
Only after we confirm your date. Message us on WhatsApp or Viber and we'll check availability within minutes. No payment is needed to check availability. Once we confirm your date, we'll send you the payment details to secure your spot.
How far in advance should I book?+
Weekend group slots fill quickly, so book at least 48 hours ahead. For the private tour, message us with your preferred date and we'll confirm availability.
