As we mentioned at the beginning, the Website offers you quality goods and services of different Partners, selected and tasted by us personally. Have in mind that we only recommend the goods and services of these Partners of ours and they provide it to you.
The description, terms, prices, amount and type of discount offered can be found in the profile of each good and service. There you can also find information about the relevant Partner and a direct link to its website.
All prices listed on the Website are in Bulgarian Levs and include all taxes and fees.

Your Promo Codes and SoFun Cards will be provided to you by the Host you are staying with.
In order to offer you the best quality goods and services, we have provided the opportunity to leave a review on the profile of each good and service. Please do not post reviews with texts that could be classified as inconsistent with the Bulgarian law, acceptable moral norms or that violate our or third parties intellectual property rights or other rights. Otherwise, we may delete your review or even delete your account.

The Website does not provide payment options and SoFun does not require or receive any payments from Users. In the event that a Partner requires from you a prepayment for the reservation of its goods and services, only the Partner receives the respective payment and is responsible for it. SoFun does not receive any payments and is not responsible for such.
The services of the Website are intended for persons over 18 years of age.
Not all goods and services offered on the Website require prior reservation. When required, you can use the Website interface to make the reservation by entering the required information.
After finalizing and confirming the reservation, the Partner whose goods and services you have reserved will send you either a confirmation email for the successful reservation or a reservation cancellation. This Partner bears full responsibility for the email and its content, as well as for all the subsequent relations between you two.
If you receive a reservation confirmation, the Partner is solely responsible for the performance and quality of the goods and services he provides, for your safety, for guaranteeing and enforcing the rights you have as a consumer, and for the fulfillment of all other rights and obligations in relation to your legal relations.
You can browse the Website and make reservations without registration.
In case you decide to register, you will be able to monitor the status and history of all your reservations.
You can sign up in two ways: by filling out the registration form on the Website and giving us your name and email address or by signing up with Facebook. If you sign up with Facebook, we will receive from Facebook again only your name and email address.
In order to verify the authenticity of the personal data you provide, upon completion of your registration, you will receive a confirmation email to activate your account.
Anyone who wants to become our Partner that advertises his goods and services on the Website or Host that provides information for the Website, Promo Codes and SoFun Cards to the tourists staying with him, can contact us by filling in one of the short forms on the Website titled: Become a partner or Become a host.
We do not enter into distance sales contracts with you for the goods and services offered by our Partners. Such may be concluded directly between you and the relevant Partner, as the latter is solely responsible for providing you with any contractual information, including the statutory information you need as a consumer. You can exercise your rights under the contract before the Partner, including those you have as a consumer, such as: a right to withdraw from a distance sales contract under Art. 50 of the Consumer Protection Act (14-day period); right to reclamation under Art. 105 and the following of the Consumer Protection Act; and others.

Any Partner that advertises its goods and services on the Website bears full responsibility for their legality, content, packaging, warranty, and the completeness and accuracy of the information posted on the Website.
The Partner is solely responsible for the performance and quality of the goods and services published on the Website, the protection of consumers and their rights, as well as the fulfillment of all other obligations under the contract concluded between the Partner and the User.

SoFun takes due care and is responsible for protecting your personal data. We collect and process personal data only for the purposes set forth in these Terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy - link.
Hyperlinks from our Website to third-party sites are provided solely for your convenience. We do not take responsibility for them or their content, as well as the way they use your personal data.
SoFun is the owner of the Website, the trade name and logo displayed on the Website.
All materials posted on the Website fall under the protection of the Copyright and Related Rights Act, Marks and Geographical Indications Act and other relevant legal acts, and any unauthorized use thereof shall be treated as a copyright infringement, infringement on trademarks rights or other relevant regulatory provisions.
Intellectual property rights in respect of the text and content of the published goods and services belong to the respective Partner and he is solely responsible for their lawful use thereof.
Each Partner that posted goods and services on the Website has declared to us that they are fully compliant with the requirements of the Bulgarian law, including the Copyright and Related Rights Act, the Consumer Protection Act, the Marks and Geographical Indications Act, the Competition Protection Act, with the latter taking full responsibility for this. We are not responsible for the intellectual property rights on the offers, goods and services published by the Partners.

In this case, we may, at our discretion, suspend access to such content until such dispute is resolved by an act of a competent public authority.
All provisions not covered by these Terms and conditions shall be governed by the provisions of the Bulgarian law.
In the event any of the provisions of these Terms and conditions are being invalidated, this will not invalidate the whole Terms and conditions or any other clauses. The invalid clause will be replaced by the mandatory rules of the law or established practice.

You can reclaim a item that you have bought form sofun.bg in an interval of 14 days since the date when you have claimed the item. You can benefit from this possibility for whatever reason if you have changed your mind regarding the purchase.
When reclaiming an item bought from our website you must return the full item set, as well as all documents accompanying it - payment receipts, handover protocol and waranty card (if you have recieved one).
Reclamation of an item can be denied by sofun.bg in the event of the item not being in an acceptable commercial state. This is defined by: package damage, visible traces of usage, physical damage, deformation of item or package, insufficient item set or accompanying documentation.
An item returned by the customer can be compensated with a payment refund via bank transfer within 30 days after the returned item has been accepted and recieved by sofun.bg. If the customer wishes, a possible item substitution can be achieved.

When sending an item using courier service, all service fees are handled by the customer.
On delivery - In the central office or office of a partner of Sofun OOD.
Card payment - online payments using a credit or debit card via SafeCharge online terminal. Sofun.bg does not save card details.
Delivery method
SoFun does not offer delivery or courier service when an item is purchased online. Each physical item bought from the website can be recieved only in person from the central office.

You have the right to terminate your current contract, without specifying a reason, within 14 days.
