Our stag weekend plan for Sofia: Friday land, dinner with a folk show, bars in the centre and a club table. Saturday real rifles at the outdoor range in the morning, ATVs or karting in the afternoon, and the party bus at night. Sunday a Turkish hammam to recover, then the airport. For a group of 10, activities and transfers come to roughly €270 to €330 per person, before hotel, food and drinks. One local team books all of it.

A Mercedes Sprinter for up to 20 waits at arrivals: €100 one way for the whole group, or a Vito for up to 8 at €50. Straight to the hotel, nobody splits into taxis.
A whole lamb on the spit, rakia and live singers and dancers from 20:30. The groom will be pulled into the horo. Around €25 to €35 each.
Two or three bars around the National Theatre and Graf Ignatiev, no rush. Prefer a guided pub crawl? It runs on Fridays and Saturdays from 20:30 (€21 each), so swap it in for the dinner.
Skip the queue with a reserved table. Big all-male groups can struggle at the door otherwise, so this is worth it.

Real AK-47s, M16s, a .308 sniper on a 100 m target with a live camera, shotgun, Glock and .357 Magnum. John Wick (€105) is the group favourite. Pickup from the hotel: €120 for 5 to 8 people. No alcohol before shooting, so this one goes first.
Pick one. Private Can-Am ATV tour in the hills (€75, 90 min, any day), karting on a 960 m track (from €19, up to 14 racing together) or paintball in the Vitosha forest (from €10). All about 20 to 30 minutes from the centre.
Steak or burgers somewhere central. Keep it simple; the night is long.
A private club on wheels for up to 27: sound, lights, a bar and two dancers included. Two hours around the city, then drop-off at the club. €380 for the whole group, so about €38 each for 10, or €19 each for 20.

Late lunch in the centre, then the Sprinter back to the airport.
