⚡ What is a Sur-Ron?

The Sur-Ron is not a regular motorbike and not a mountain bike — it's something in between, and far more exciting than either. An electric trail bike with massive torque, featherlight handling, and zero engine noise. You feel every rock, root, and ridgeline through the frame, but you hear only the wind and the wheels. The Sur-Ron Light Bee X weighs just 47 kg and reaches 85 km/h. The Ultra Bee goes further — 100 km/h, 140 km range, and three riding modes including Sport and Traction Control. Both are purpose-built for the kind of terrain you'll encounter on these trails.

Three specially designed trails wind through the Lyulin Mountains and the Bankya region — each with its own character. The beginner route keeps the terrain manageable while still delivering panoramic views. The advanced route pushes harder — steeper paths, more technical sections, more reward. The off-road route to Chorul Peak is for those who want the full picture: challenging terrain, dramatic elevation, and views across the Sofia valley that justify every climb.

🏍️ How the Tour Works +
  1. Arrive at the KVM Extreme base in Bankya — bring your personal ID and sign the declaration.
  2. Get fitted with your protective gear: helmet, bib, knee pads, bonnet, and raincoat.
  3. Safety briefing from your guide — rules, controls, and what to expect on the trail.
  4. Test lap around the base — get comfortable with the bike before heading out.
  5. 90-minute off-road ride along your chosen route — with stops for photos, water, and views.
  6. Return to base. Bikes are checked for damage. Your 4K video footage is ready to collect.

Do I need experience or a driving licence?
No licence and no prior experience required. You should be able to ride a bicycle and have basic coordination and balance. Your guide handles the rest.
Can two people share one bike?
No — each participant rides their own bike. One person per Sur-Ron.
Is there a weight limit?
Yes — minimum 30 kg, maximum 120 kg per rider.
What is the minimum age?
14 years old. Riders under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes and closed shoes. All protective gear — helmet, bib, knee pads, bonnet, and raincoat — is provided. You may also bring your own personal gear if you prefer.
Are the advanced and off-road tours physically demanding?
Yes — the advanced and off-road routes involve dynamic terrain and some steep inclines. Good physical condition is recommended. If you have any health concerns, consult your doctor before booking.
What if I cancel?
If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. If you've already paid, we'll reschedule to a date that works for you.
