Is it safe for beginners?+
Yes. Most jumpers are first-timers. The team has 10 years and more than 5,000 jumps without an incident, the balloon stays tethered, and certified jump masters guide you through every step.
How high is the jump?+
Up to 100 metres. The balloon remains tethered to the ground throughout the ascent and jump.
How old do you need to be?+
16 or older. Under 18, you need a parent or guardian with you.
Is there a weight limit?+
Yes, up to 115 kg. You should be in good general health. It is not recommended with heart conditions, back or neck problems, or during pregnancy.
What should I wear?+
Comfortable sporty clothes and flat closed shoes, trainers are perfect. No skirts, dresses or loose jewellery. Mornings can be chilly, so bring a light jacket.
What is the best time to jump?+
Sunrise. The air is calmest at dawn, and the golden light makes the views and your 4K video look their best.
Do I need to book in advance?+
Yes, at least 48 hours ahead. There are only 10 jumps a day and weekends fill up first.
Can my friends come and watch?+
Yes. Not everyone in the group has to jump.
What if the weather is bad?+
Wind is the main reason a jump moves. If it is not safe, we move you to another day or refund you in full.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Cancel at least 48 hours before your jump for a full refund. If we cancel because conditions are unsafe, you get a full refund or a new date.
How far is it from Sofia?+
About 30 minutes north of the city. We send you the meeting point when we confirm, or pick you up from your hotel from €60 per car, return.
How do I pay?+
Nothing to pay to check dates. Once we confirm, we send you the payment details and full payment secures your jump.
