None at all. You are in the hands of a certified pilot throughout. For the Balloon Lift experience, you can even take the controls yourself under expert guidance.
What is the difference between the flight options?
The Balloon Lift is a 10-minute tethered experience — perfect for kids and first-timers. The Standard Flight is a full 30-minute free-flight. The Private and VIP options offer exclusivity, champagne, and a flight certificate.
What is the best option for a proposal or anniversary?
The Romantic VIP for Two — private, champagne, certificate, and 4K video. Contact us and we'll make it absolutely perfect.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Ballooning is 100% weather-dependent. If conditions are unsafe, we offer a full reschedule or refund. We monitor forecasts up to the last minute and always contact you in advance.
Is there a weight limit?
The maximum weight is 115 kg per person. Children under 3 years fly free.
How do I get there?
The launch site is in Dragovishtitsa village, 30 minutes from Sofia center. Transport is not included but can be arranged — just mention it when booking.
How far in advance should I book?
At least 48 hours in advance. Weekend slots fill up very fast, especially in spring and summer.
