FAQ
How much does the kids escape room in Sofia cost?+
€20 per child for the game. Six children in one room is €120, and twelve children in two rooms is €240.
What age is it for?+
Children aged 9 to 13. The rooms are not recommended for younger children. If a younger brother or sister needs to come, tell us when you book so we can check with Hour Escape for Kids first, because unannounced younger children cannot play.
How many children can play?+
From 2 to 6 children in one room. With more than six, the group splits into two teams that play at the same time, one in each room, so up to 12 children can play at once.
Is it a good escape room for children?+
Yes. Both rooms were built for children aged 9 to 13, and the stories, puzzles and atmosphere are made for that age. Most children have never played an escape room before and manage fine.
Do parents go in with the children?+
No. Parents do not go into the rooms, and the children usually relax more without adults around. There are plenty of cafés nearby while you wait.
How long does it take?+
About 1 hour 15 minutes from drop-off to pick-up.
Is The Trap too scary for kids?+
The children's version has no actors jumping out, no blood and nothing gory. It is for children who want something a little spooky. If yours prefer magic, choose Once Upon a Time.
Can a school group or class play?+
Yes. Two rooms side by side take up to 12 children at the same time. For a bigger school group escape room in Sofia, message us and we will plan it with Hour Escape for Kids.
What language is the game in?+
English or Bulgarian. Tell us when you book.
What are the opening hours?+
Every day, by booking. Send us the time that suits you and we check what is free.
How do we pay?+
Booking through us is free and you pay at the venue on the day.
Can we change or cancel?+
Yes, you can change or cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the game.
Do SoFun Card holders get a discount?+
Yes, 10% when you book through us: €18 instead of €20 per child, €108 for six children.
