Pick a 10 or 15 minute session in an adult kart that reaches about 70 km/h, a kids’ kart from age 7, or a double kart where a parent drives with a child from age 4. Check dates on WhatsAppThe track runs clockwise over 960 metres, 12 metres wide, with 16 corners that mix quick sweepers and tight hairpins. Sixteen floodlights light it after dark, so evening sessions run under the lights. Your lap times are recorded, and the adult lap record sits just under 1:03, a good target for a second session. Every kart is serviced daily and has remote speed control, so the marshals can slow a kart down if they need to.
Wear closed shoes and close-fitting clothes; scarves, long skirts and wide trousers are not allowed. A balaclava under the helmet is required: bring your own or get one at the track for €1.50. Arrive about 40 minutes before your session: everyone signs a waiver at the desk and watches a short safety video first.
Drivers under 16 need a parent there on their first visit to sign for them. Karts are not bumper cars: contact between karts ends your session with no refund. You can drive with glasses, a GoPro goes only on your own helmet, and nobody drives after a drink. Karting runs on a dry track only.
