DISI Baby SPA & Care in Krastova Vada is a calm baby spa in Sofia for babies from 40 days to 18 months. Your baby floats in their own warm tub with a soft neck collar or ring, a therapist stays right beside you, and afterwards comes a gentle baby massage. The water is 37 to 38°, purified and without chlorine, and the tub is cleaned after every baby. A float and massage takes up to 50 minutes and starts at €42, with a lower price for the first session. Booking through us is free and you pay at DISI on the day.
Check free times on WhatsAppOn the first visit most babies spend 10 to 15 minutes in the water. As they get used to it, the float grows to about 30 minutes. Your baby wears a swim nappy and a soft collar or ring, so they can move their arms and legs freely while the therapist watches every moment.
Then comes the baby massage in Sofia that many parents book the float for: gentle, with oil, and adapted to your baby's age and mood on the day. If your baby gets restless, you can cuddle or feed them between the float and the massage. Bring enough food for after the session, as there is none on site.
One adult over 18 stays with the baby for the whole visit, and on the first visit you sign a short informed consent form. Your baby should be well on the day, and after a vaccination DISI asks you to wait at least 72 hours.
If you bring an older child, a second adult needs to come and look after them. There is a waiting area with drinks and a children's corner, and parking nearby.
