What happens in a salt room
Nothing much, and that is the point. A machine called a halogenerator grinds rock salt into microscopic particles and blows them into the room, so the air feels like a salt cave or the seaside. You sit or lie back, breathe normally and switch off for 40 minutes. Many guests come for the salty air, others simply for the quiet. It is a wellness session, not a medical treatment.
