What Halotherapy Actually Does
The air inside a salt room is saturated with dry salt microparticles - so fine they penetrate deep into the respiratory tract. Regular sessions are used for chronic respiratory conditions including asthma, bronchitis, allergies and sinusitis, as well as for skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis. Beyond the medical applications, most people simply find it deeply calming - the microclimate, the silence, the quality of the air.
A single session is 40 minutes.
For Children
Children's sessions are 20 minutes - shorter and specifically adapted. Salt therapy is widely used for childhood respiratory conditions, particularly recurring colds, allergies and ear-nose-throat issues. The environment is calm and non-medical - children simply sit and breathe.
