The Apollo Fox is a two-seater light aircraft — sleek, stable, and built for scenic flying. Unlike a gyrocopter, it offers a more enclosed, conventional flying experience with a higher cruise altitude. At 700 metres above the Belogradchik Rocks, the full 30-kilometre extent of the formation becomes visible below: the shapes, the colours, the scale of something that took 200 million years to build. 🪨 Plane vs. Gyrocopter — Which to Choose

Both aircraft fly over the same formation, depart from the same location, and last 30 minutes. The differences: the gyrocopter (€200) is open and highly manoeuvrable, with full altitude control from 5m to 2,000m — a more raw, exposed experience. The Apollo Fox (€540) is a fixed-wing plane with a maximum altitude of 700m — smoother, more stable, and better suited to passengers who prefer a conventional aircraft feel. Both are excellent. The choice is a matter of how you want to experience the sky.
