1. Do I need to be a strong swimmer?
No! Your life jacket is professional-grade and highly buoyant. It will keep you afloat effortlessly even if you don't swim. Our instructors are trained for all situations.
2. What should I bring with me?
Just a swimsuit/shorts and a towel. We provide the professional wetsuit, neoprene shoes, helmet, and life jacket.
3. Is it safe for children?
Absolutely. We have specialized gear for kids and choose the safest routes within the rapids. It's a fantastic family experience.
4. What happens if it rains?
Rafting is an all-weather activity! You're going to get splashed anyway, and the river is even more exciting when it rains. We only cancel in case of extreme, unsafe water levels.
5. Can I bring my phone or camera on the boat?
We don't recommend it as items can easily fall into the river. We offer professional photo and video services so you can have high-quality memories without the risk.
6. How far is the rafting base from Sofia?
It's about a 90-minute drive (130 km) via the A3 Struma motorway, making it the perfect day trip destination.
7. Do I need previous experience?
Not at all. Most of our guests are first-timers. You will receive a full safety briefing and paddling instructions before we start.
8. Is there a place to eat after the rafting?
Yes! Our base camp features a riverside bar and grill. You can enjoy a hot meal and a cold beer right after your session.
