Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. So the more people in your group, the better value it becomes. A Vito at €170 to Bansko for 8 people works out at €21.25 per person — far less than a shared shuttle.
Can we stop along the way?
Yes — the driver is happy to stop for coffee, a photo stop, or a short break at no extra charge. Just let them know when you book or on the day.
Is ski equipment really free?
Yes — skis, snowboards and boots are transported at no extra charge. There's no baggage fee for sports equipment. Just mention it when booking so the right vehicle is allocated.
What is the return discount?
If you book both the outward and return journey at the same time, you receive 10% off the return trip. Just mention both when messaging us.
Can I cancel if my plans change?
Yes — free cancellation up to 12 hours before your scheduled departure. If you've prepaid, the full amount is refunded.
My destination isn't listed — can you still help?
